So would this be a good exhaust if I'm looking for a deeper/throatier sound?
Whats it sound like at WOT?
Not looking for something too loud.
Don't wanna sound like a ricer going down the street.

IMO i think the X02 sounds like a honda, do you think adding HFCs to it would make it better? I'm looking for a V8 sound almost like a V8 Audi and from what I've read the best route would be FI Intimidator + FI HFCs? I really dont feel like forking out 1800 for an exhaust set-up.

How does it sound like a honda? It sounds really close to HKS. How to you plan on getting a V8 sound from a V6? Its impossible. The VQ has its own very distinct exhaust note. You cannot replicate it nor another cars engine tone.

yeah your right, I have high hopes, i really wanna hear what yours sounds like with headers because i saw a vid of a HKS with DC headers and I liked it. So does the X02 in the videos on YouTube do it justice. I heard the HKS/XO2 sound is hard to capture on audio.

I would be soooo happy if i could get a nice sounding exhaust for that price, polished stainless steel and burnt tips. I am seriously considering getting one even after my last post.

Hmmmm there seems to be a lot of HKS clones on eBay, like 80% of them. So I'm assuming this KCR one has a better fitment and quality than the rest.

So excuse my ignorance but if I were to pay 800-900 more dollars for the HKS what would I be gaining, it's tough for me to grasp why this exhaust is so much cheaper but just as good.

Everything looks good except the holes in the tips. Did they come like that or did you drill the extra holes yourself?

It sounds great but mine does sound different than all the other x02's due to my long tube headers! I get tons of compliments on how it sounds
