Guys,
Megan Racing cat backs are $450 for the sedan, half the price of Stillen or Borla. Is it half the quality too? Is it looked down upon? I'm new to exhaust mods. Help me out please! I read it's a loud exhaust one place and very quiet another. There are only a few clips of this exhaust on you tube.

To me $1,000 is kind of excessive to spend on an exhaust but $500 is about right. Thanks.

 

They sell it for 450-500 because its a y back exhaust. If they would include a Megan y pipe, it would probably be around 900-1000. Im interested in getting the oe-rs as soon as i get the funds.

 

Its too loud for my preference, i like the HKS better.

i got it and it sounds great. similar to stillen exhaust on the v36, but deeper and throater. plus it maintains a clean, factory look.

 

go to the exhaust section for the sedans pretty sure they have videos of this exhaust.

I had the full exhaust. It was too loud for my taste. Droning was bad, so I sold the midpipe and paired the axleback with an 05-06 midpipe. Sounds 1000x better, been rocking the combo for almost 2 years.

If you want performance that isn't as loud as the Megan, I'm actually thinking about selling my Stillen exhaust for the price of the Megan. PM me if you're interested.
