Resonated or Non Res Test Pipes

Just a quick question for everyone. I currently have a Magnaflow Performace exhaust system on my 2004 Sedan that i built myself which is just from the y-pipe back. It has a Magnaflow straight through race muffler with a resonator right after the y-pipe. I want to purchase test pipes to make my system louder but im not sure if i should purchase resonated test pipes or non-res since i already have a resonator. Will my current Magnaflow Resonator get rid of the raspiness from non res test pipes? Also i was thinking about upgrading my exhaust to maybe a Stillen Cat Back after i get test pipes if I dont like the way it sounds with the magnaflow so the test pipes need to work with that. Ive been lookin at the Z1 motorsports test pipes. Opinions?

Most aftermarket cat back exhausts already have resonators. But if you go with non resonated test pipes, your exhaust WILL rasp.

If you go with resonated test pipes, the rasp will be minimal, depending on your exhaust configuration [some tend to rasp more than others].

Must get resonated. TP will make it much louder, you will get rasp either way. Resonator will jsut quiet it down some.
