Custom Exhaust?

Anyone running aftermarket headers with two pipes to the muffler/s but has cats and a H or X pipe? (basiclly no Y pipe) Hows the sound? Back pressure? Performance? Do it even fit?

My thoughts are Stillen headers Aftermarket down pipes, to aftermarket cat's, H or X pipe to a Borla Muffler.

you mean trual dual exhaust. Many here run it. Custom not sure, but I'd rather purchase a quality piece instead.

I have custom but not trual dual.

I had a custom dual and now I have a custom single.

it really depends on how you have it fabbed, if you use mufflers or not or use resonators or not. Just make sure you get mandrel bent pipes.

My dual had an x-pipe and it was a true dual with 4 resonators no mufflers. It was loud but sounded good under load..

thats the video with nismo headers and stock cats.

This video is with the nismo headers and high flow cats.

you can set up the exhaust anyway you want since its custom, just tell the person making it what you want and they can do it.

For example on my new exhaust (Custom single), I went and bought an HKS hi-power muffler and had my exhaust guy fab me a custom y-pipe and a single-back with the HKS muffler welded on, and I also have one resonator in there to tone it down. You can use whatever mufflers you want, just some will sound better than others, if you talk to the exhaust person they should be able to tell you what they like using, and recommend what muffler to use or lack there of.
