Something is probably not tight. Maybe a gasket got pinched weird or something?

How did you face the clamps? Just go back under and double check your clearance around everything. Adjust as needed.

I have the same exhaust and don't have this problem. Also did my install myself. Check under the car, something is loose or not installed properly. While you're under there push up on the exhaust and move it around to duplicate the rattling and figure out where it's coming from.

make sure the forward mount braket nuts are tight (the ones near rear door)... its metal on metal and will clatter.

Rasp doesn't occur when you hit a bump... OP has a clearance/loose piece problem.

It might be a loose heatshield or even an exhaust leak.

^ +1. i was going to mention the heatshield as well. make sure the exhaust is not contacting the heatshield.
