Kinetix HFC rattling sound...any ideas?

Just got some new Kinetix HFC installed on my car today .

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ihC6A-zvKvc&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ihC6A-zvKvc&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Anybody have any idea what the rattling sound is and what needs to be done to get rid of it? It only rattles while accelerating in 1st to 4th gears, when im just cruising along it wont rattle. The rest of the exhaust is completely stock. It doesnt sound like rasp to me. Thanks.

I also noticed that it doesnt matter what RPMs im at, it only depends on how fast im accelerating...the faster i accelerate the more it rattles, it also rattles louder when accelerating around turns...it does not rattle while im stopped and revving, so im thinking it might be the heat shield knocking against the cats whenever it gets pushed back during accelration, it would also explain the louder rattling when going around turns. What do you guys think?
