Stillen Exhaust Installed
Stillen Exhaust Installed
I've started my search for a exhaust couple of months ago, I wanted to get the Injen SES track edition, however it was out of stock everywhere I called. So I decided to pick up the Stillen True Dual exhaust after hearing some good things about it on the forums. I had it installed at a local muffler shop, and god it sound sawesome! Deeper growl makes me smile a lot, and it retains the VQ note
However, it is def a big step down in noise level from the SES.. It's only a little louder than stock, so I guess I'll be saving up money for HFC's or test pipes.
**WARNING BUTTDYNO RESULTS**
I have read all over the forums that exhaust mods don't really add much power.. but I could swear that there is a significant diffrence between stock and stillen. Especially after 4k rpms.. 4th and 5th gear ( AT ) do not feel as sluggish anymore and car seems more comfortable pulling 75 and up. Did anybody every dyno their car after Stillen? Is it my butt dyno playing games with me?

I agree, although again i have no dyno to back up my "feelings."
But, i did notice signiciant performance increase at the top end of the RPM range with this exhaust system. My qualitative opinion anyways.
