That's a resonated test pipe.

HFCs are usually designed so you can get some gains and still pass your E test. Test pipes WILL NOT pass and they make your car smell like a 72 Cuda. Puuuuure gas.

They aren't that bad, have you ever been in a G with test pipes?

Everybody keeps saying that it is really bad. I have APS str-8 test pipes and you can barely smell anything.
