I was looking at getting this in the future but is it worth the money. I like the way it looks but does it give the power it says it does. Or am i better off just getting the spacer as I know you cant use the spacer with this. thanks for the the help and other suggestions welcomed
It will give you some gains, no doubt about that at all.. But apprently a spacer will give you more.
I had a crawford V1 plenum which when I installed i felt some pretty nice gains, I took that one off and replaced it with the SSV.. Didn't feel any power loss but I could have swore my car was faster after 80 mph.
There's my input at least.. Nothing looks better than that intake manifold thats for sure. Except maybe a cosworth which is debatable.

Not worth the money, there hasn't been a single independent dyno shown that the SSV does anything for NA applications. I believe it does give you some decent top end if you're FI. Bottom line, people buy it for looks, not performance.
Two alternatives would be a Motordyne spacer or if you want to go all out look into the Cosworth plenum.
