I will be dyno-testing these pipes soon

Perhaps even a retune if I decide to change my exhaust setup.

Hi Guys,

I just had a discussion with my fabricator to see if we could do something to bring down the fabrication cost. So he will see what can be done.

In the mean time, the polishing process is one of the first things that can easily be omitted to bring down the cost. Would that make much of a difference for you guys?

^^^ not to me (if I get them)...

I'd rather ceramic coat them black anyway (stealthy)...

Great news! Would the total price be lowered too even with the dyno discount?

I would do both if you can one for show and the other if you want to have them coated or not. The money saved on the non polished ones can go towards getting them coated or another one of your other products.

A little off topic, but about how much would it cost to get these ceramic coated?

I highly doubt the lack of polishing will make much of a difference when the time comes to purchase it. Sure it looks pretty, but in the end the person that want's a set of these test pipes will buy them regardless if they are polished or not.

Probably a good idea to let the consumer decide if he/she wants it polished or not. Personally, I probably wouldn't since it's hard to see them anyways.

I'd prefer then unpolished... I'm not one of those guys who takes off his exhaust to polish it up on a regular basis. Sure, it looks great. But it will tarnish with the heat and elements.

I'm all for less cost. And I SOOO want these pipes.

I wouldn't mind non-polished, depending on how much it would lower the price. If it was only going to save $50 or less, I think I would prefer to have them polished. Otherwise, non-polished all the way
