Horsepower question

Looking to increase horsepower but not kill my wallet, go a ztube and pop charger what else is good?

Popcharger doesn't really gain any power, it only sounds great. So scratch that. For what your goals are, get a Motordyne MREV2 and 5/16" Spacer, and call it a day. They're the only significant performance mods aside from FI.

What kind of tranny? At or MT? Coupe or sedan? There are a lot of things you can do to increase performance, but you're not going to get dramatic gains until you step up to FI.

HFC/test pipes/ART...

but it doesn't end there... however, most things aren't going to amount to much on their own - you would need a free flowing exhaust to take advantage of several mods and imo there are more advantageous intake option (including upper and lower collector)... as well as tune... I have several other tweaks that have worked very well... and I have no problem knowing that it out performs the same car with just lower collector and spacer.

Your post implied that aside from a modified lower collector and plenum spacer nothing else besides FI will add power. That's simply not accurate.
