350z HKS on G35c

As the title says, I found a local deal on an HKS system, and was wondering what exactly I have to do to make the exhaust fit.

I understand the Z is about 6-8 inches shorter, so is there an extension pipe out there that fits hks (i know theres one for nismo), or should i just leave it to the shop, and have them extend it??

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks !!

u need to extend it 8inches u can buy the extension form one of the vendors here. the exhaust will still sit a little sunken in though. a buddy of mine is running a 350z hks exhaust on his G so ive seen how it sits in person before.

Yup, the extensions that you can buy (same ones that you get with the knock-off X02) still leave the exhaust a bit sunken in. I would wait for a good deal on an HKS that was designed for your car.

+1 on waiting for one. The tips look much better extended out. Keep your eye on the marketplace.
