Kinda urgent - lost plastic round thing...

Hey guys, this is kinda urgent

I'm trying to put my car back to stock before taking it to the dealer for the oil consumption test and while putting my car back together after removing motordyne parts I lost one of the round plastic things that go in the chamber to secure the longer bolts. Good thing it didn't roll into the intake or else I would've shat my pants

Where can I find this part or does anyone have em lying around for sale? I just need one.

Also if the dealer asks if I had done any mods to the engine should I tell them the truth? I only had Injen intake, and motordyne Mrev and Spacer.

I realized last night the plastic washers are the isothermal washers and came with the spacer and are not needed for stock configuration... yes I know I'm an idiot

I'll contact motordyne for spare washer but before I'm going to hose down the engine bay to see if I can get it out.

I'm just concerned about the dealer if he's going to give me crap for modding the engine. Is he going to check for that? Scratched bolt heads and etc...
