hey guys im new to the forums and i need some input i just put test pipes in my 03 6 mt coupe and they are making a funny rattling noise. my friends who's a mechanic said if i heat wrap them it should go away.Any suggestions on what it could be?

 

The rattle is the rasp I'm guessing? Heat wrap should reduce the noise but it will still be there. Another thing you could do is to add bigger resonators than the one is already in our stock exhaust!

 

is the noise like something is rubbing to cause the rattle or is it the note of the exhaust?
