The steel pipe will give you enough torque to easily loose them its the poor mans breaker bar!!!

If you are having trouble getting those bolts off. Make sure ur using a large torque wrench and use an extended pipe. Just find a random steel pipe so it would fit over it and it should make it easier to come off. But that's a lot harder if your car is on stands as well bc you won't be able to get that long extension pipe underneath :/ just make sure u don't mess up the threads or bolts. D-40 should help or that PB blaster said earlier. Let me know if u need more help.

Thanks for the review!

Do you notice your 1k-3k rpm being much louder after the BERK HFC or just a slight bit?
Is it perfectly drivable in that range? I wouldn't mind it being loud after 3k to redline.

I am considering to get the BERK HFC as well but am afraid that it'll make the car too loud for daily driving. Please let me know!

Well I just got to work and with the nismo by it self. It only got loud while cruising at rpms of about 2.5 till 3.5 I'd say. Kinda like how the stock exhaust you're able to hear the tone at that range. With the Berks it kinda made
That sweet spot a lot louder in my opinion. But we could all have different preferences. After the sweet spot it amplified the rest of the exhaust sound and made it louder as well. So in a way yeah it's drivable and not loud only if u stay below certain rpms depending what exhaust you have.

I just inastalled Berk HFC on my G last month. Awesome power gain, added 20whp and 27ftq to the engine.
It did have it dyno'd so now it's putting out 430whp.
It's Way louder that the OEM cats but I hope that after they break in that it will subside a bit. I've stopped listening to the radio now because the exhaust sound is really all you need. They are NOT legal in CA, but they do pass smog where test pipes won't. Keep your old CATS just in case.

Tp's will obviously give you better gains then a A HFC because of no restricition.. Just as a HFC opposed to a stock cat.

From experience Tp's are brutal when it comes to passing smog.
HFC have a better chance.

Both are illegal in Southern California for street use.

I found a guy selling some lightly used Kinetix HFC for $150. I would like to try these out on my 05 sedan, but I wonder what my exhaust would sound like. I have coupe mid pipe and HR y-pipe. I cant find any video clips of a stock exhaust with HFC sedan
