I recently purchased a GReddy TI-C for my 04 coupe. Does anyone know what the black steel frame and rubber hose are used for? I searched for info all over and couldn't find anything.

You need to relocate the EVAP canister to the center so that the exhaust can fit properly. The bracket is to hold it in place and the rubber hose is to replace the stock shorter one so that it is long enough to relocate to the center.
