People with exuast question or heard them

I was wondering which aftermarket exuast is the quietest. I think I'm a bit old now to have a very loud exuast like I did when I was younger on my street ported RX-7.

hey wreck, Like you I'm past my prime and don't want too much. For my taste the stock system is perfect: a nice rumble at low speed, and just about audible at hwy speed.
Any aftermarket (with a performance boost) will sound louder.
And I wouldn't want to lose any of the stock looks. Those 'poopers' are sweet...........

Awe.. The voice of reason. The stock exuast do have a nice sound to them. I guess I was conflicted last night. Since I got this car alot of cars hit me up on the streets (hwy etc) to race. They would drive next to me and pace me and rev on me. I would do nothing, cause 1. My car only still has 800 miles and I'm still in the break in period. 2. I'm no sure now days cause I'm not sure what these honda's and acura's can do no days. They look also look pretty cool. Although with how these teenagers fixing the cars up now days, they make them look fast. I wonder if they are "All show no GO". Damm I haven't said that for awhile. 3. I just don't drive that crazy on the streets anymore. I always think of safety. DAMM I must be getting old, and I'm only 30 years old.

Anyways my main goal to get more power to my G. My last car was a Meredes E55 (used), and that car did quarter miles in the high 12's. I really miss that car, but I am really enjoying drive the G!!

I'd like to see a dual-exhaust setup for the G35 sedan that uses a second stock variable-capacity muffler. Take a look at the rear of the new '04 Maxima for a rough idea of how it would look. Not too sure I want to cut my rear bumper to achieve it, though. And I definately don't want to be the first.. somebody else can be the guinea pig.

Damn wreck. I'm 29 and love the sound of the exhaust. You don't really give a guy hope when he hits 30 in July. Haha.

I've always liked the sound of Greddy systems. Very quiet! That's what I'm waiting for. I've herd the systems out right now, and they’re all pretty loud. Don't want to provoke those kids! At 26 years old, I realize that youth and wealth are inversely related.
