STILLEN doesn't have more hp gain then the INJEN CAI. It's proven!!!!!

Working with performance parts, many have come to realize the sacrifices that plagues the aftermarket industry. Yes, dry filter could allow access of dirt into the engine, but that generally happens when the dry filter rips (endemic to dry filter.........that's the disadvantage of it) which is why dry filters need to be cleaned more often and handled more carefully. Oiled filters generally lasts longer and aren't as easy to rip compared to their dry counterpart.

At the same time, being dry-based doesn't necessarily mean it is "exposed".......only more prone to rip and may not last as long as oiled filters if not kept up well (needs to be cleaned every 4k-5k miles). There are sacrifices to both dry & oiled filters...........it all comes down to personal preference once you break down the technicals and compare the two
