I am a newbie here and searched around and couldnt find an answer to this question. I would like to get some more sound out of my exhaust on my 08 g sedan and was wondering if the y pipe from the coupe or maybe a DE coupe would fit this and make the exhaust deeper. If someone could help me out with this it would be great. Thanks

 

The hr y pipe is the one your looking for. Its off of a 07-08 350z. They have hr motor hence the term hr y pipe.

 

Well mine has the hr y pipe is it any different on the z opposed to the sedan? also do the aftermarket ones such as a megan bigger in diameter that the stock pipe.

 

Yeah there is a difference. Fitment is still spot on but i believe the sedan y pipe inlets are smaller in diameter opposed the z hr y pipe which is larger.Yeah some aftermarket ones do have a bigger diameter. Hope this helps!!
