What to use to clean JWT Popcharger Filter?

Can someone link me to the cleaner and blue oil I have to use? Or will any blue filter oil work that can be ordered off of Amazon??

I've only had the filter for a couple thousand miles but it is no longer blue... It's discolored and not as loud as it was when it was new due to all the dirt.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

So my take is that without a retune stock is best, I should go for my 5/16 spacer and exhaust first? Would a cone filter on stock do anything or I've always read good things about AEM inductions? I just want to know what to do before a re tune. Any ideas on which company has the best retune? Sorry just bought an 06 G35 coupe 6 mt and I'm trying to get the most from it.

Any cleaning and oiling kit should work fine. I've always used K&N products on my Popcharger filter over the last 4 years. The color is meaningless, just a visual thing.
