Cel after HFC install

I just installed HFCs with the bung extensions for the cel but after driving the car the cel came on. I'm stumped on what it could be I do know that one of the sensor clips where cracked and maybe it came loose. I have a new born and live in Chicago so it's cold out. Not much time to look at just asking around right now extensions are form z1.

I'm gonna take a guess that ya O2 sensor is bad.. Just gotta figure out which one it is.. I might be that it was damaged from being removed or reinstalled.. or the wire is twisted

why not get the cel checked at your local autozone? is the car still running fine? many people experience the cel when they install hfc's/testpipes but the car still runs fine. maybe alittle lean but, runs normally otherwise. a tune will take care of the light. as far as extensions, myself, i used some nonfoulers to extend the bung. my cel is on but, to be fair it came on after my intake install. i havent had the codes read since i put my test pipes on. looking forward to a tune in the future so all the cel issues will be resolved and my ecu works in harmony with my mods.

so your still throwing the CEL light? You might need a 90 degree Defouler to correct the problem. Megan Racing sells 90 degree defouler extensions, worked for me.
