Exhaust mid pipe touching Rear differential mount

Exhaust mid pipe touching Rear differential mount
I had an exhaust from m2 performance installed yesterday and it was real tedious job. Pipes didn't align, we had to use different types of bolts(longer ones to be exact) to attach and tighten the extension pipes together and its on and on from there.
My question is, with the exhaust already installed, the pipes connecting right before the axle back that goes over the sway bar has one side of the pipes touching a bolt and nut. From the looks of it, it's a mount for the rear differential. The pipe is stiff on it and I'm wondering if it'll make a hole or break a hole into the piping after driving it for a while? It's the weekend and shops don't open till Monday to get it fixed. Im driving to pick up my sister an hour south and I'm worried of anything might go wrong on the way.
Thanks!
