Megan Headers Help

Hey guys, I know this topic has been done before, and most of you would say to not put in headers; however I am getting my new engine (VQ rebuilt) for my 2005 G35 Coupe sometime this week. I ordered a pair of Megan SS Short Headers yesterday.

My question is, since I will already have the engine out and the installation cost will only be around $60 to put them in, should I put them in? Wouldn't this be the best time to put in headers? I've heard stories of Megan Headers cracking so I am not sure if it would be wise to throw them in there, with the risk of having to replace them down the line. Also, will I pass emissions with the shorties?

Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated.
