Intake ripped open

^pic^
I installed the intake in November and the other day my check engine light turns on and my car has stalled out a few times and had power loss at normal driving speeds, popped the hood to look around and saw this. I'm not sure the name of the actual part so could somebody please help me out (guessing its a coupler?), also I have cash in hand if someone has one for sale. Thanks

heres the pic, I researched it a little and I guess you can't just buy that part. Would one of those pep boys diy intake couplers work?

I might have one. I'll have to dig for it.
