**Fast Intentions Carbon Fiber CBE Review**

This exhaust caught my attentions after hearing Lance's (aka 1cleanG) Fast Intentions CBE w/ 18'' resonators installed on his G37 coupe. After following him on one cruise, I made up my mind which exhaust I was going to get when the time came.

After doing some research online and listening to video's I determined I wanted a little more noise than Lance's and his 18'' resonators. I decided to go with no resonators after reading there was zero rasp with the non-resonated set up.

My Fast Intentions exhaust arrived about 45 days (normally it takes about 15 weeks after putting in an order, but I went through Lance who deals with Fast Intentions and Tony directly so my wait time was MUCH less) after putting in my order and the wait was worth every second. FYI if anyone is interested in this exhaust, contact 1cleanG over on myG37.com and he can hook you up with half the typical wait time. The exhaust was very tightly wrapped in bubble wrap, and what was inside looked immaculate. The welds on the pipes were perfect, you can definently notice the hands craftsmenship put into these systems. The carbon fiber wrapped canisters are just gorgeous - just absolutely flawless. I think everything from the tips with the FAST INTENTIONS engraving to the round shaped canisters make this exhaust the most appealing out on the market. Here are some pics after unwrapping:

Install: I had my good friend that is a mechanic at Infiniti hook up the exhaust just in case I needed any adjustments done to line it up with my Nismo diffuser. Install went as smooth as imagined. After putting the exhaust right on, we looked over the exhaust and there were NO adjustments needed with lining the tips up with my diffuser. Very impressed again with the craftsmanship of the exhaust.

The canisters hang at a very safe level from the ground and have been driving around with the new set up for 2 months now and have yet to scrap my canisters . I sit 25 3/4 inches from fender to ground and my exhaust has a few inches to spare.

Sound: I was expecting my exhaust to have quite a bit more cabin noise than before with stock - but even still I was surprised with the increased sound in cabin. And this was not a bad thing whatsover. After starting up the car for the first time, I just got a huuuuge grin on my face and couldn't wait to open it up! It is loud in cabin, but nothing ridiculus or annoying by any means. I would not recommend the non-resonated to anyone who doesn't want a loud exhaust, in that case I would go with the 18" resonated that offers a much deeper tone but muffles the sound as well compared to the non-resonated.

You can notice the deepness in tone within the 1k to 3.5k RPM range. Idle has a deep rumble as well. The sound is very exotic and offers plenty of noise and enhances that great VQ engine. WOT sounds amazing with ZERO rasp as I mentioned before. I have a few sound clips down below from some start ups with revving, drive by's and a GoPro video from a cruise this last month.

I haven't had the chance to see the HP gains from it, but can definitely notice slight gains with throttle response. I plan to install Fast Intentions RHFC to gain power on the top end around 5k RPM's.

I am an official vendor for Fast Intentions. Please contact me HERE (clicky). My wait time is HALF the standard wait times. We are the "GOTO" for all Fast Intentions products for the G platforms. Thanks!

Thanks man, I appreciate it! The diffuser is a Nismo CF diffuser. I ordered it from Ionic Dynamics. Fitment was spot on with that as well!
