Had you done a SEARCH you would have found BERK'S HFCs aren't the best option. F1 is better and what I went with after my BERK'S failed. Adding HFCs to a OE exhaust will cause major rasp, factory exhaust isn't designed for that kinda volume! Save your $$ and in 6 months buy a quality exhaust with HFCs, you'll be glad you did....Gary

Got the berks for $75 so I couldn't pass them up specially because at works if the inner fail I can still use them as test pipes. I'm hopping the addition of the 07 hr pipe would help a bit with the rasp.

I read that HFCs on stock exhaust will cause major rasp but after I installed it its nowhere near as bad. Matter of fact barely there.

However a decent aftermarket exhaust is the way to go nonetheless

I do have Megan racing y pipe HR style as well installed. With that combo it's a bit louder. Nothing too crazy

Never took any. But I can probably take one tomorrow.

It's pretty much stock tone. Just a touch louder. Doubt noticeable in a video

Listen to the advice of knowledgable forum members

Berk HFC's + hr y-pipe on an OEM coupe exhaust will either rasp, hiss or rattle. I had that setup and even adding resonators did not provide an acceptable exhaust note and it drove me crazy. Also the exhaust shop tech did not want to deal with the nonstop modifications.

Do it right the first time. I would recommend Motordyne Art Pipes + Motordyne full exhaust. However, a cheaper alternative would include Berk HFC + Magnaflow 11386 + HKS replica.

BTW, you will need a tune otherwise save your time and money. Do not try to reinvent the wheel, my opinion.

Sorry but i don't agree with cthrulies. I have FI HFCs and Megan y hr style and sound no different than stock. Maybe louder in my ears but nothing obvious.

The HFCs with magnaflow might be okay. However most if not all hks replicas sounds like a$$
