I live in californa and wanted to know which High Flow Catalytic Converter is smog legal?

 

None. I believe it is against the law to remove your factory cats in California. You will have to either take the chance they won't know (visually hi-flow cats are very similar) or else swap back your stock ones in before emissions testing.
