Coupe single exit exhaust on Sedan

Could you use a single-exit exhaust from a G35 coupe or 350z (w/extension) on the 03-06 sedan?

are there any modifications that need to be done to the hangers etc? I couldn't find anything detailing this, I assumed it would be roughly the same exit location but just wasn't sure
