What would you consider as a fair price for a 2008 350z HR Y-pipe

Hello

Im looking to pickup a 350z HR Y-pipe taken off a 2008 model. Looks fairly clean and from the pics cant identify any problem spots.

How would you consider as a fair counter offer for buying the y-pipe?
