Check for vacuum leaks / hoses that didn't get put back in correctly (especially if you added a plenum spacer and/or MREV2) and check for exhaust leaks. Do the ECU reset and TB re-learn (search, Motordyne's MREV2 install guide has the procedure for the resets).
It probably also needs a tune but you shouldn't have obviously lost power so start with the above first. If all else fails post a video so we can see what sounds you're getting, that would help us help.

Assuming isn't a word that belongs in the English language nor should it be used! If you're not throwing error codes then recheck the install of your intake. What type intake did you install, z-tube or pop up charger? Are you aware that a metal intake will cause you loss of whp in hot weather? A little more information would be helpful....Gary
