I am wanting to add some sort of exhaust upgrade that will give me more horsepower but also a nice deep growl. I have heard that a y-pipe and or resonator pipes that have the resonators on them, will give me this sound. I used to own a 2000 mustang gt and i am wanting an exhaust tone as close to the V8 sound as i can get. I know that i wont be able to get it just as a V8 sound but i would like it to be as close as possible. I really hate the raspy, a thousand bees in a tin can sound so please dont get these two sounds confused. Also can you give me some manufacturers that are good sources to attain any of these pieces?
