Alright, so I'm going for a set of resonated test pipes. I'm not looking for non-resonated as I hear they cause too much rasp. I've crossed off the ART pipes off my list, since they are just too far out of my budget although I only hear good things about them.

Besides the Megan resonated test pipes, are there any others in a similar price range that offer higher quality or better reputation? I've read too much about cracked joints but they seem to be hit or miss. I know Fast Intentions is high quality but is also a little out of my budget. Has anyone used Top Speed or Ichiba RTP's and can share their thoughts on quality and sound? Or any other brands I'm unaware of?

 

I have tomei test pipes and have no issue with rasp in my opinion.

 

I'd tell you to opt for a used set of ART or Fast Intention pipes. Everything else, resonated or not, still generates far too much rasp.
