RHFC Issue

So recently acquired some RHFC but upon inspection after receiving them I found that one of the cat pipes had something loose inside. You could feel and hear something moving inside, this would be the honey comb. In your opinion do you guys think it is ok to install?

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
In a simple answer, no. Get your money back and look elsewhere.

I figured it wasn't and that its a blown Cat. If only getting my money back were that easy. Now im stuck with a pair of useless, expensive Cats.
