I have an 03 sedan, and after cleaning my throttle body (trying to fix low/rough idle issues), the car is idling at about 800 rpms and the service engine light came on. Also, while driving, whenever I release the accelerator the rpms drop quickly and then blip and raise a couple hundred rpms. I've performed all the ECU and idle air volume resets and now the idle is back low but still has the problem with the accelerator blip while I'm driving. I'm not sure what to do at this point and I don't have the money to get a dealership to fix it for me right now.

One thing to note is that when I cleaned the throttle body, I did attempt to push it open slightly but I was very gentle with it and decided to leave it alone. If anybody knows what I can do to fix this problem I would appreciate it.
