I snapped a stud actually while tightening the header on my old 240. Was in a horrible spot for eextraction.i did fine with copper rtv and one bolt on that cylinder tho.

 

Damn, I thought I was on here to learn from others experiences. All I've read here was just thrown out the window by your comment. This website is now irrelevant apparently.
