Factory Exhaust mod?!? Remove resonators?
Yeah, because the muffler is fiberglass packed, the resonator is there to smooth out the sound. However, if you removed the resonator and replaced the muffler with a straight thru aftermarket muffler with the same in/out configuration (like a magnaflow or borla or something), it would alleviate most of the rasp.
And this this why the Borla is lighter? How does this make the sound and HP differ?
