Sedan Exhaust vs. Coupe Exhaust?

Hello everyone!
I have got a 2003 G35 Sedan and I am undergoing some changes with her. I recently started taking my exhaust system out, and I am planning on putting dual straight pipe, catback system from headers on back. I have found the system i like but different sites are telling different things such as the difference in the coupe and sedan. One site tells me it'll fit, and the other says it wont. I went and had the guys at autozone pull up the two cars and their exhaust system diagram and the other difference we could see is the very back the muffler set up. The coupe is a wide dual muffler whereas the sedan goes out as one pipe and a small muffler. I am trying to find out if this will work. I know i will have to do some tweaking but the exhaust i am looking at is catback so that clears that space and its mufflers are a lot smaller. Thanks!
