I've searched everywhere and I can't find a definitive answer.

I have the Stillen cold air intake and it came with what seems like a modified k&n filter that Stillen made (correct me if I'm wrong).

It is time to change my filter and I am not a fan of washing and oiling the k&n filter, so I rather just pay for a new one.

But it seems like Stillen doesn't sell the filter itself and nobody can seem to find a k&n equivalent model.

Is anybody else in my situation?

I do see that the JWT filter would work and it sells on the Concept Z website. But if I recall correctly, those are known for heat soaks right since it doesn't have a heat shield like my stillen k&n filter does?

Just clean the K&N. There's a reason you pay a premium for a K&N.

 

Most auto parts stores carry K&N filters but why go to that expense, the cleaning kit is $10 and it might take you 10 minuted to clean, let dry and they add the correct amount of oil...follow the instructions! Don't be a just do it!

i have a used filter for the stillen intake if you want to buy it. i can clean and oil it for you before i ship it out.

otherwise you can buy the k&n RC 2960 filter from them. it will fit the stillen intake.
