G 35 Headers ?

Thumbs up G 35 Headers ?

OK so I have a 07 G35 and it has stocks Headers. I would like to know how hard is it to put 4 to 1 headers on my G.because if it is to hard for me to do it then ill find a good car mod shop by me that does G 35 all the time but I know they will hit me hard when I try to ask them how much. any feed back will be grate thanks for looking

Tony at Motordyne is coming out with headers for our VQ motors shortly! If you want the best in gains and quality, Tony is the man! By the time he has them for sale chances are very good he'll have WHP gains avaliable! Motordyne after having their manufacturing here in SoCal moved to the right coast, for information and location if you're interested in the best...Gary

headers are a bitch to install. i had my mechanic do it for me. i think i got charged 6 hours of labor to install.

Yea I can wait till they come out. Do you know how much longer till they come out. I have nismo Muffler. and I think 3 inch pipe to the cats but I want to take them out so I can get more hose power ill try to take a pic of my undercarriage when I get an inspection.

I know I saw it looked like you have to take you motor out so you can drop you headers. I might just look for a good mod shop by me that dose G35 all the time so I know i dont get a butt hold job

No you don't have to remove the motor to install headers! If you did I can guarantee no one would be running headers...Gary

Well, you can always contact the guy. You can find his number some where on the internet. He really does give out good info when you get him on the phone and helps us out.

What about emission testing with headers? Can't have any codes but they don't test tailpipe emissions here.

Headers aren't particularly easy on any car. Took a buddy of mine and I about 4 hours to do them on my Chevelle and we had a lift.

in NY they test all that stuff but I know some one with a shop that will pass me
