Hey guys, just bought a 2003 V35 the other week, it has a few engine mods including: plenum spacer, Z tube, cold air intake, exhaust.
I was wondering if it would have a tune because the guy i bought it off didnt mention anything also if it needs to be tuned.

Call the guy you bought it from and ask. If it hasn't been it should be.

 

If it's a pre mid-2003 it has the early ECU that can't be tuned. Only mid-2003 and later can be easily tuned. Do a search to find how to determine which you have.

The quick way to check if you have UpRev is to try to switch maps using the cruise control buttons and see if the "cruise on" dash light flashes in response. Here's a video:
