I got my high-flow cats early last week. I loved the sound when I first installed them. However, they seem to have gotten a little louder and more aggressive since then. I still love the sound, but is this my imagination or are they really a little louder than when I first installed them?

Just curious.

 

I know this isn't an answer to your question, but...I'm thinking of getting the Crawford cats too; Have you noticed any improvement in hp, do you think?

Had my cats now for about three weeks, the smell disappeared the day after installtion, not sure how much hp is gained by them but, I think I can feel the difference. Finally, I would agree that the whole exhaust tone gets louder and deeper, before many people thought my exhaust was soft sounding now their complaining the sound might be too loud. Different exhaust brands are going to give different results in sound too.
