Chiphead was kind enough to purchase a second 350Z inlet (between the filter and the throttle body). I picked it from him (while he worked!) and went home to install.

Last night i installed Insanemans grounding kit (7 wire). After the wire install, I really didn't notice anything except for the quicker manual shift. Well, after driving with the inlet and grounding kit - much better.

The G "feels", shifts better and the best thing is, SOUNDS GREAT!. There is growl above 4000 rpms under full throttle acceleration. My wife, who never hears a thing, asked if I changed anything because the G sounded meaner. Of course I said no, what do you mean?

Great cheap mode, that may or not add power, but adds surround sound!

If you think thats cool, wait until, you add an exhaust and Blitz or Stillen type air intake. Glad you are enjoying it. The extra sound (resinance) allows me to hear and feel the G much better.

I agree with you - the sound is there. Real throaty if you know what I mean. Easy install and inexpensive mnod!
