Stock Exhaust Sound on Different Vehicle?
First I would like to thank anyone that could answer this
question or have any information on it.
In my opinion the G35/FX35 has the best sounding factory exhaust on the market today.
However I do not own one of these awesome machines. My vehicle is a
2000 Accord 4cyl (Insert joke here) I'm guessing you all know were this question is headed.
If I were to adapt the piping or even the mufflers to my car would it sound mellow, terrible, average, or a ricer with the 5" muffler that was bought off ebay .
I'm really trying to be conservative and not spend $400-450 on a Apexi WS exhaust which I've heard sound very similar to the G35/FX35. I am part of an Accord Forum and know that many Accord owners would buy the factory exhaust if it had that similar mellow non-ricey sound of the Apexi WS. I know this might be a strange question but I'm hoping that some will have an answer.
Thanks again

A 4 cylinder with G35 mufflers is NOT going to sound like a G35 by any means. I recommend you go with the WS if you think that one sounds good. I know people with WS mufflers on 1.8 liter integras and I wouldn't say it sounds like a G35. It sounds good (for a 4 cylinder honda) but not like a g35. To me a G35 sounds kind of like a boxster.
