Please help Fujitsubo Exhaust Owners!! ERGENT

Hey, i was having a really hard time aligning the metal mounts on the muffler to the rubber mounts on the car. I ended up slightly bending the steel mounts on the muffler to better align with the rubber. I got the top two mounts in securly, but the last mount (the one which protrudes farthest back) just barely has its head in the rubber mount. Other then that the muffler is very secur-feeling. Also, when i started the car and drove a bit, i smelled a slight burning smell, very similar if not identical to the smell when you rev your engine high. I believe this is just because it is a new muffler, as i did not notice any gass leak. Please reassure me that this is OK, or give some advice as to how to fix it!
Thanks so much

oh alright thanks man. What about that one mount? Its not one of the top two, those are securly in place. Its the one that is the longest, and kinda points to the front of the car. Its barely holding onto the rubber mount...

you might wanna post some pix of area you are having problems with. usually fuji has good fitting... yea the smell is very normal, and it goes away, and so does some sounds later on.

yeah pics would def help. the fuji usually fits like a glove, unless it was damaged during delivery

Overall how do you like the Fuji? Was there other exhausts that you looked at too? Lastly how much of a sound difference did you notice?

My reasoning for asking this is because I have been contemplating on what to get. I was set on the Fuji but then I was thinking of the HKS highpower for a bit louder exhaust plus its a true dual. Sorry this is off your topic but I see that you have been given all the right answers to your questions. Thanks

Dan
