rusted bolts

what's the best way to lossen rusted bolts? i'm trying to change my Y pipe but the bolts are rusted.

Best thing to do is use some Liquid wrench or wd-40 and soak the bolts for about 30 minutes. Then use a breaker pipe or bar on your socket wrench and it should crack the bolts open in no time.

Then you are S.O.L. Try a sawzall and get some new bolts n nuts. Good luck.
