Best headers to go with, give me your advise!!

Recently I was looking for headers for my car since I’m planning to get the HKS exhaust. There are many choices with different price, and i don't have the enough experience to choose from them

1- Nismo headers
Price: $1,289.00
seems worthless for me
This R-tune part is not warranted by Nissan.

- 9+HP increase over 3800-6200 rpm range at the rear wheels

- 13 HP and 13 lb-ft maximum increase at the rear wheels

- Equal length tubing, individually hand-crafted

- 100% T-304 Stainless steel contruction

- 1.625" primary tube stepped up to 1.750" diameter

- 2.25" collector

2- Fujitsubo Stainless Steel Header 350Z
Price: $1,095.00
worthless too

3- Stillen Headers Stainless Steel 350Z/ G35
Price: $675.00
now we are talking,i'm thinking on this on

4- Stillen Headers Ceramic Coated M/S 350Z/ G35
Price: $599.00
What is the difference?

5- DC Sports Stainless Steel Headers 350Z/ G35
price: $699
I have never heard about his brand

6- DC Sports Ceramic Coated Headers 350Z/ G35
price: $400

7- Borla Stainless Steel Headers 350Z/G35:
Price: $589.00
my friend has one on his 350z and it's not bad

so what os you opinion nad what do you recommand.

Surprised you don't have Crawford Headers on the list. They seem to be generally considered the best by the experts around here.

Personally, your best value (out of your list) is the DC Sports headers (ceramic coated).

If you were willing to spend the big money on the Nismos, I would tell you to get Crawfords instead.

DC Sports are made by AEM. Good quality brand that's priced very well. There are also several other brands with a nearly identical design as the DC Sports that are in the same price range. Do a search.

However, I'd say go with the DC Sports ceramic coated (ceramic helps with engine temperatures).

Don't do the Nismo. Don't do the Fuji. The Stillens are nice, but you can get good headers for cheaper than that.

DC sport seems to be nice from me since AEM made this header. But what does make the Stainless Steel more expensive than the ceramic. You said that the ceramic.

Don't bother researching the Crawford's. They're out of your price range...

You should consider the Alphawerks headers. They are priced similar to DC.

They're less expensive than the Nismo's on his list. So, CLEARLY, they're in his price range!

PS Why are all of your posts negative? Have you thought about therapy?

? Ok...he already threw out the Nismo & Fuji headers because they're too expensive. He's more interested in headers in a lower price range, as most of us probably are...

You might also want to consider Strup headers. Exceptional quality in build and materials - all built in the USA - not outsourced overseas like other makes. They also come with a 2 year warranty. Any issues, simply return them directly to Strup for an exchange.

Here's a link to our Vendor Classified ad:

https://g35driver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69929

You can find detailed pictures there, along with manufacturer dyno results, AND a recent independently submitted dyno result showing very respectable gains of around 19HP and 21 ft./lbs. of torque.

They are also designed differently from the others in that you could install these yourself if you are motivated and handy with a wrench. The bends are different to allow more clearance for ease of installation without requiring the engine to be lifted or the tranny to be dropped - extra time and steps required when installing other brand headers.

The price is right too. We have them on sale for the month of November for only $449.95!

Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions, and good luck with your choice.

"I'm not experienced enough to chose from them", yet you declare the NISMO and Fujitsubo headers worthless, seemingly on cost alone.

Get the DC headers. They're probably a perfect match for you.
