I just installed the Stillen Intake and noticed a slight whistling sound coming from it.

I just want to know if this is normal.

Yah I have the same sound. You can hear it when you shift or press on the accelerator. Kind of have the sound in Fast n Furious when he shifted gears.

Did you get the Stillen Hi-Flow AirBox? How do you like it?
I am considering adding it to my recently installed 350Z intake
duct. It sounds great with the K&N drop in filter as is.

2003 Twilight Blue Sedan 5AT, sunroof, leather,
splashguards, GG red 7 wire Hypergrounding kit, 350Z intake duct, K&N filter.

 

Has anybody got the Stillen for cheaper than $250? I would buy it for less than $200, but anything more than that doesn't seem worth it.
