1. Installed Z-tube+Stillen Air Box
got the same setup; z tube + stillen air box. would recomend it, but i wouldn't say it's that easy of an install ... putting the airbox on was a total PITA as there is a bolt on the very bottom that you have to blindly tighten while fitting your hand in the airbox w/ the filter already in ... not fun.
also, anytime you do this install you need to check the clearance between the AC line and 1) the z tube (mine was rubbing right where the MAF is) and 2) the underside of the airbox. I installed two nylon spacers, 1/2 inch on the airbox and a 3/8 inch on the z tube. This gave me some more room, but still needed to wrap the AC line w/ a piece of fuel hose that I picked up at Lowes for like .80 cents.

Does anyone who has ztube w/stillen cai run into the ac line clearance issue? I myself have the ztube and k&n and the ztube is in no way close to the ac line. Thinking about upgrading it to stillen cai but need to find out more information regarding the clearance. Pictures anyone?
Z Tube and Stillen Air Box.............
This was my second mod, the first being a Borla
cat-back system. I found the Z tube and Stillen
install very easy.....20 min. Yes, check out the
article on spacers in Sport Z mag. My next mod
w/b the Motodyne 1/2" spacer with the copper ISO.
That's after I install my new lip that just arrived!
