Megan Racing exhaust +PICS

I picked up this exhaust last week. I really like it so far. It sounds very nice. Its almost not really noticable at idle. Its got a really deep tone. It can be quite when driven easily, but roars at WOT. I have test pipes, headers and a CAI to go with it.

The exhaust comes as Y-pipe back. But I also got the Megan Racing Y-pipe with it for a little extra.

I think for the price its a really great exhaust. Looks comparable to Fuji or Nismo, but at a fraction of the cost. Here are some pics that I have. I'll get some sound clips later

BTW, I have a G which is why there is a spacer in there. The exhaust is made for a Z.

Looks good. I WANT SOUND CLIPS!

Do they make a version for the G? Even with the little 6-8" extension midpipe, you can see the tips just aren't made long enough. Kind of a problem with all the Z exhausts I've seen put on G's. Only way to really fix that is to weld in an extra piece of piping to extend the tips. As it stands, the tips are too tucked in, you know?

I got it a local shop, cheaper than eBay actually. They sell the kit w/ Y-pipe for $600 shipped. You need to buy an extension from Performance Nissan though. Unfortunately, they don't make a G kit, otherwise I would have bought that. The tips kinda bother me, but I'll get over it

I know, I need to make some sound clips. It sounds really nice, esp with the other mods I have. Its not too loud at all, quiet at idle, and normal driving, when you want it quiet. But when you step on it, it roars.

can you post some pics of what the exhaust looks like on the car? from a bit farther away, and at different angles?

Thanks

So $600 includes the exhaust AND the y-pipe? If that's the case, that is an amazing deal for what looks to be a quality exhaust. I might be very interested in a month or two... bodykit is going on first so the funds are tight What is the piping diameter?

Yup, $600 for Y-pipe + exhaust. Both parts are T-304 stainless steel. The Y-pipe is 2.5" inlets with a 3" outlet and the exhaust is 3"

I'll take some more pics this week or so I guess whenever I get the chance. Usually by the time I get off work its dark out already, so I'll see what I can do. I also want to take some video/sound clips of it. But can anyone host them for me?
