Intake & Exhaust Questions and info regarding various aftermatket exhaust systems for the G35 (Headers,Y-Pipes, and Cat-Back Systems)

Save up for turbo or supercharger.... Its a waste of money to do all those bolt on's... Especially if you wanna compete with that M3...

Someone on MY350Z gained 10whp and 10wtq with UTEC & tuning over the reflash he had previously. I'd imagine the gain would be much greater on a car with stock ECU. NA or FI, tuning is important, although the power and safety to be gained is much greater with FI setup. I've seen some cars with very lean AF ratio after full exhaust mods(headers, test pipes, cat-back), and that would rob the power away AND even blow up your engine... yes, in NA form, it is harder to do so, but it is not impossible to ruin your engine with wrong tune. I say UTEC is a better investment than $1000+ exhausts people spend their money on power to dollar ratio wise Anyone who doesn't see the importance of tuning is simply ignorant.
